Marriage Is Cool™ Because… life happens.
It’s the fender-bender and a panicked Eli that turns you into amateur detectives and therapists at the same time.
It’s coming home from travel to exploded bags, laundry mountains, and stories spilling faster than you can fold the clothes.
It’s football season... A LOT of football and the house suddenly has a cheering section, coaching booth, and snack station all at once.
It’s realizing sometimes Cudo Lou (the Labradoodle/Great Dane) demands 100% of your attention, affection, and energy.
It’s celebrating Isaiah’s promotion, reshaping dreams, pep talks in the kitchen and believing in each other through it all.
It’s church, beef stew, comfort, and community, coming home to warmth in bowls and playoff football.
It’s stupid snow storms and life’s curveballs but laughing while you adjust anyway.
Marriage isn’t just romance, its real life, shared, messy, and held together with giggling together, the “I love you,” and the “want to go get groceries together?”
And honestly… that’s the best part.
