Marriage Is Cool™ because… Lifeline.
While designing one of our favorite Marriage Is Cool™ shirts, we went back and forth trying to capture the essence of the design we both loved so much. We brainstormed styles and names but couldn’t land on one that felt right.
Then, at the perfect random moment, Isaiah walked into the room. We asked him what he thought. Without hesitation, he said, “Lifeline.”Because isn’t that what marriage really is?
We looked at each other, grinned, and said, “YES.” We didn’t just love the name… we loved that this is how Isaiah sees marriage.
Lifeline…
Your go-to.
Your ride or die.
Your all-in.
Your best friend.
Jelly to the peanut butter.
Your accountability partner.
Your shoulder to cry on.
Your sounding board.
The one who makes you laugh… sometimes uncontrollably.
Your motivation.
Your cheerleader.
Your “think about that before you say it to your boss” reminder.
Your gentle nudge to take a deep breath.
Marriage is cool™ because your partner is your lifeline. The steady connection that keeps you grounded through every storm and every calm. You get to do life together: the highs, the lows, the ordinary days, and the extraordinary ones. A true best friend, no matter the circumstance. Ain’t no mountain too high, no valley too low.
That’s why “Lifeline” became the name and the heart of this design. Because marriage isn’t just love; it’s the unbreakable line that keeps pulling you forward, together.
